Procter & Gamble and Nestle Made an Assessment of ALIDI Work

2013, Autumn Procter & Gamble and Nestle made an assessment of ALIDI departments work.

In October 2013 Procter & Gamble multifunctional team (MFT) visited ALIDI in order to evaluate work of the company-distributor – GDA (Global Distributor Assessment). Nestle team also made a complex assessment of ALIDI departments work.

Procter & Gamble delegation visited the office and the warehouse in Minsk on the 24th – 25th of October, then, on the 30rd of October till the 1st of November P&G team visited Nizhny Novgorod.  Representatives of different departments were included into the delegation: sales department, in-store programs, HR, IT, logistics and financial departments.

This year P&G prepared a new assessment system, which includes new high demands for the distributors, connected with the P&G concept “Distributor of the Future”. 

During the visit, the team assessed the sales representatives, merchandisers and consultants work. They assessed compliance of work standards, organization of ALIDI departments work. As a result, SWOT-analyses and development plans were made.

“I would like to thank our partners for high evaluation of ALIDI work, - says Ivan Sychev, non-food BDD. – We received recommendations on improving our work from MFT P&G team, which will surely let ALIDI correspond to P&G concept “Distributor of the Future”. 

ALIDI successfully passed Nestle grading. Distributor work assessment was held in the branches of Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Kaliningrad and Vologda. 

During the assessment, work of the warehouse and the office departments was examined. ALIDI was also assessed on the point of correspondence with the Nestle strategy.

As a result, ALIDI got high evaluation of work and recommendations on development and work improvement.
