ALIDI Group Took Part in the Round Table “Logistics: Effective Solutions from Market Leaders”

December, 10, 2013 A round table “Logistics: Effective Solutions from Market Leaders” was held in Nizhniy Novgorod Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The round table was a part of International Transport-Logistics Business Forum “VolgaTransLogistika – 2013”.

Stanislav Mogilensky, ALIDI Group Project Department Manager and Sergey Reztsov, Deputy Nizhny Novgorod Branch Director for Logistics represented ALIDI Group on the round table. Stanislav Mogilensky made a presentation on the theme “Successful experience of warehouse business-processes automation”. Stanislav spoke about integration of modern WMS-system, Pick-by-Voice system, visualization in the warehouses and RFID (goods identification). Audience interest and the amount of questions shown that his speech was one of the best on the round table. Among the participants were logistics market leaders of Nizhny Novgorod region, such as: “Logoprom”, “RZHD – Logistics”, “AGAT-Logistics”, etc.

“To my mind, such round tables are very useful both for the Government, and the participants. If properly organized, these discussions give opportunities to see the development perspectives: participants realize what to expect from the Government, and the Government can see, how participants plan to develop their business, - says Stanislav Mogilensky, Project Department ALIDI Group Manager. – The main target of the organizers (Nizhniy Novgorod Chamber of Commerce and Industry) is to analyze and coordinate business and Government interaction. Experience exchange between the participants is also very important. That is why we presented our experience on some projects implementation. Unfortunately, most speeches of other participants were just their goods and services advertising. Nevertheless, I think, that the round table was worth taking part in”.

International Transport-Logistics Business Forum “VolgaTransLogistika – 2013” was held for two days – the 10^th and the 11^th of December. The organizers of the event were: Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Povolzhskaya Logistics Association and Nizhniy Novgorod Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The targets of the forum were: to create a sustainable opinion about Nizhny Novgorod region as a dynamically developing region; to discuss current questions on transport-logistics topics; to exchange experience on logistics projects realization. Russian and foreign companies, owners and managers of transport-logistics companies, managers of state and international institutes of development, managers of investment funds and financial structures, media were among the forum participants.
