PNK Group and ALIDI have signed long-term leasing contract of a 14.5 thousand square meters warehouse in "PNK Park Valishchevo"

The consultant of this transaction was S.A. Ricci. The Russian developer of industrial facilities PNK Group and the distribution and logistics company ALIDI signed a long-term lease agreement for the block of 14.5 thousand square meters in a warehouse complex. The premise is located in the "PNK Park Valishchevo", situated 32 km from MKAD on the Simferopol highway.


Currently, the developer is about to end the fitting out of 3-store office of 800 square meters, and a special temperature zone.
