«The harmony of prices»: new ALIDI marketplace

In the context of cooperation with the biggest Chinese holding Alibaba Group and in pursuit to explorer new selling opportunities ALIDI company launched an universal online store with a wide variety of fast moving consumer goods on a Tmall platform.

Current assortment of the online store «The harmony of prices» consists of 143 brands. The e-shop offers a selection of products in different categories: food and beverage, children products, cosmetics and personal care products, home care products, pets supplies, household goods, auto and garden products, office supplies.

Particular focus is on wellthy products, sport nutrition, dietetic and diabetic nutrition. The 10 most sold brands are Oral-B, Gillette, Pampers, Duracell, Bagi, Old Spice, Salton, «Derevenskije lakomstva», Venus, «Doctor ZOO».

Online store products are viewed 8024 times per day (average monthly value). Inhabitants from 644 localities in Russia have already placed their orders; the most active buyers live in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Krasnodar. The most distant delivery point (10 992 km) was township Provideniya, Chukotka.

The e-shop «The harmony of prices» has its own customer service. Each visitor can receive a consultation online about articles, their packaging and delivery. Normally specialists of customer service receive 20 questions per day. Qualified staff tries to find individual approach to every client.

Online store takes care about its reputation and monitor clients opinion via feedbacks, published on the site. At the moment there are more than 1058 feedbacks, 97 % of them are positive.

ALIDI will continue to expand its offering by adding new brands and articles to existing product lines and to grow warehouse network to reduce delivery time to end consumer.
